The choice of simple & effective ingredients
Balsame takes you back to basics with formulas for everyone, free from toxic or superfluous ingredients. Everything is 100% natural and grown with love. Thank Mother Nature.
We make our own macerates in our workshop in Northern France. The plants are selected with the greatest care. Some of them are even picked by hand, to favour gentle extraction techniques and preserve the soil.
For many weeks, we whisper in the ears of our plants to ensure that our products are as effective as possible.

A return to authenticity
Our products are handmade in our workshop in Chéreng, a small village near Lille in the Hauts-de-France region.
We are convinced that it is possible to offer you Made in France products that meet your needs and those of your pets. That's why we give priority to French ingredients and use French plants. Of course, not everything can be replaced... Coconuts don't grow here yet... Maybe one day, but let's hope not (Adios the climate).
French manufacturing allows us to offer you greater transparency and traceability, while reducing our ecological impact.

As well as creating products, Balsame is a brand for the future that supports eco-responsible, ethical and sustainable values. It offers its entire range in reusable stainless steel packaging, with the obsession of reducing the volume of plastic and the transport of water.
Stainless steel is 100% recyclable, non-polluting, non-toxic and sustainable - it's all about going green!
60% of stainless steel materials come from waste, and a single piece can be reused over and over again.
As well as having a low carbon footprint, it's also a great swimmer... Stainless steel is strong, resistant and doesn't deteriorate when it comes into contact with water. It's a bit like our very own Florent Manaudou!
Through our reusable stainless steel packaging, we are banishing plastic and single-use.
